1999 tohatsu 140 hp .... no spark

Engine hasnt run in 3 yr, I put in new spark plugs and got it running. took for test ride, it ran decent for 2 minutes... then it slowed down and stopped running. I checked for spark , there wasnt any. Where should i look first? ................ Thanks Rich
 
Blown fuse...After that you start at one end of the ignition system and start testing using the procedures and tables in the factory service manual.
