We just purchased a custom boat from a company in Indiana. The boat has a new Yamaha 90HP fourstroke outboard engine. The DMV will not let me register it without Emission Certificate. The boat manufacturer said he cannot get it, so can you point me in the right direction as to how i can get the certificate.
