Greetings all;
Previously, the aforementioned outboard would always output a solid stream of water that was moderately warm to the touch at operating temperatures. Recently, the flow has become intermittent, only flowing every 20-30 seconds for about 10 or so seconds, and when it does, the water is hotter than you can stand at first, then gradually cooling to a tolerable temperature before it stops all together. Otherwise, the outboard runs fine and does not appear to overheat. I'm fairly certain that this model does not have a thermostat, but I could be wrong. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this behavior? Thanks in advance for all replies.
