1975 johnson motor lower motor mount removal 40hp

I HAVE A JOHNSON 40 HP NEED TO REMOVE MOTOR MOUNTS ON LOWER UNIT DO I HAVE TO ROMOVE THE LOWER UNIT OR DO THEY UNSCREW FROM THE HOUSING:cool:

just got done looking inside exhaust housing found 2 acorn nuts holding each of the motor mounts on from the inside the housing so it looks like im going to have to drop lower unit so went ahead on ordered a service manual for the motor
