I have a used 2002 50 hp that runs fine for about 15 minutes and then it surges a couple of times and alarms. I pull the selector to neutral and let it sit for a minute, the alarm silences, and it does the same thing again. I have replaced the water pump, thermostat, fuel fittings, checked and replaced plugs.The primer bulb is not leaking and the tank fittings are air tight. This one has me stumped, please help.
