2000 Mercruiser 4.3 carbed operating temp?

Recently switched from a 90Hp Johnson OB to a 4.3TKS Mercruiser I/O Alpha One.
Can anyone tell me what the normal/recommended operating temp is in fresh water?

Any help would be appreciated.

If it is RWC, the t'stat should be 160F.
If FWC it should be 170F
If RWC your manifolds should run around 180-190; and your risers about 90-100 with an IR temp gun.
