newbie needs help

where do i find the dipstick on my 3 liter volvo penta. just bought a 4 winns with the 3 liter inboard. looks like it was winterizes as there are no fluids in the oil and power steering resevoirs.

Need more info??? What model and drive?Year?
Most dipsticks on the 4cyl.Chevys are by the distributor.
No oil in the PS is a problem.No one drains the PS pump.
No one drains the oil and leaves it empty.
On the oil pan look for the plug on the bottom.Just a plug? Then someones removed the dip.J
