bogs in gear

I Have an older m25c2 engine & it dies out when you try to throttle it in gear. It will rev fine when in neutral. I've replaced the plugs, fuel lines & cleaned the carb. Any ideas??
 
Do you have spark on all cylinders ?? ---------------Is this something that happened suddenly ??---------Have you opened up low speed fuel mixture adjustment ??
