Honda BF150: Changing out the water sep filter and the high pressure filter

Is it necessary to remove both L + R panels to change out these filters? Maybe just the "L" panel?

Just the port side.

There is no filter in water separator on the engine. There is a low pressure filter right next to it though.

Of course, the high pressure filter is in the vapor separator.

I am going to replace the fuel filters on Honda BF150A4 engines. The blow out diagram on boats.net http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Ho...OSE/parts.html (fuel pump & hose diagram) seems to show the correct filter part, but
- The blow out drawing does not look not look the same as the diagram in my Honda Shop Manual
- It does not show the o-ring (which needs to be replaced).
- It does not show the washer for the pressure relief bolt (which needs to be replaced)

Does anyone know...
- Am I looking at the correct diagram?
- Does anyone know the correct part numbers for the o-ring and washer
