120 mercruiser with rung sparkplug plulling head

I'm pulling the head on my GM 120 on Saturday to replace with a new head is there any easy way to get the head bolts out? I have one that is rusted, more than half the bolt head is missing. Thanks
 
grind off the bolt head, remove the cylinder head, and remove old bolt with vicegrips after head removed. you will of course need a new bolt, which you need anyway since you can not get a socket on it to properly torque it
