88 125 hp force spark on 1 cyclinder

just bought bayliner with a 88 125 hp force, took it to the lake, while driving full speed motor bogged down and quit. checked fuel system [all good] checked spark 1 and 2 very light spark 3 good 4 none. Changed coils no change. Checked stator read 932ohms. could the stator be the problem?
 
outboardignition.com has test procedures for all outboards.
Check for loose connections on the connection strip.Possible bad grounds on the coils.J
 
First do a compression test.Then under the flywheel look at the magnet.Possible it's came unglued.
Then the flywheel key.
Positive the fuel system is good? Replace the fuel pump diaphram.J
