why did the motor just dye an will not start. no spark truns over fast so starter works.

First check the safety switch/lanyard.
Positive you have spark?If so and the fuel is good the flywheel key is the next place I'd look.
Check the wiring connections under the flywheel and make sure no bare wires.J
