Ok I have a 1976 EBBTIDE bass boat and I wanna replace the steering wheel as it old and has a
few small cracks in it . I am having troble finding a Steering wheel made like this one. I want a
new updated model. Im attaching pics and maybe someone can tell me what I need to do or what
this is called. The steering wheels I have found are not designed like this and wont fit. That little star shaped flange things doesnt come off.
