Leaking coolant on AQ151A

Hi

Having redone the timing earlier this week (and got some extra power - 2 teeth out or so) on an AQ151A, I noticed the coolant was leaking into the bay down by the oil filter area (oil is nice and clean). Just to get it right in my head before I go back and try and fix it - the coolant leaves the heat exchanger via the thermostat, into the head / block - exits back to the bottom of the exchanger via the rubber hose. I noticed the drips coming from around the oil filter / 2 and 3 cylinders - could it be one of the push caps on the block has cracked causing the leak ? The raw water does not go via the block, only via the heat exchanger, oil cooler and exhaust manifold.

There are a couple of tubes that have seals around the oil cooler.
Go to marinepartseurope.com Look up your motor.AQ151 and bring up the oil cooling system.
Then Cobemarine.com for those special seals.J

Managed to get down today, it was a crack in a plug cap (£1.00 part !) on the head, by exhaust port 3. Have sealed it up as a temp repair, hopefully will get down over the weekend once its all cured.

Will let you know if it worked.

Cheers
