Sears Ted Williams 7 hp carb adjustment, rebuild kit, impeller, and/or manual?

I've got an old motor, it runs, that's good. Where can I get some sort of manual for this? Only "number" on it is on top of the transom clamp, below the carb, #164041, which doesn't seem to match with ANYTHING. I understand it was made by Eska, and possibly has a Tecumseh motor. I can't even find out for sure what year it is.

Where can I get a simple carb kit, with O rings or gaskets, as the carb bowl seems to leak at the push in drain button, or the big seal of the bowl itself.

Can I buy just the impeller somewhere? I've seen whole pump setups, but a free motor shouldn't require $40 for the impeller, or so I'm hoping.

Does the water pump only work when in gear, as I read somewhere in my research?

What does the adjustment screw at the bottom of the carb bowl (in the nut/jets that hold the bowl on) do? Main jet? Where is a good starting point to get it running and then adjust?

Lastly, can I get a PDF or other electronic format of the manual? (Again, haven't been able to find the serial/model/??? number 164041 on the plate on the transom clamp. All writing that was painted on the plate riveted there has worn off. :(

Thanks!

check the Eska Files sticky under Eska and look for http://search.ebscohost.com/ use name and password are there.
also I have the best parts suppliers listed there http://www.marineengine.com/boat-fo...865-Eska-Files-Links-to-Eska-resources-online

its early and I have to run,,,,if you don't find the answers you need in the links I will talk to you later

Wow, thanks! Nice to know there's no impeller to worry about, but also not to run it in neutral for extended periods since the water only is circulated when the motor is in motion.

Still haven't found anything on the number/model/year/??? of it, 164041, but I'll keep looking.
