How can i find som model information from serial numbers on frostplug?

Hello,
I have a 40 hp Evinrude around 1990 model, but i cant find model nuber on my motor :( can somone find someting from my frostplug nubers?
the number is G2551180

There is no tag on the engine, probably disappeared during the wash with a pressure washer ..
This engine has manual tilt, have not seen anyone else who has this. this is problem 2nd! the missing parts for the tilt, as I need the model code for ordering. it looks the same as a regular 1990 mod. previous owner said it was the 1991 mod
 
I have asked and searched never could find how to identify a motor from a ser#.I read someone somewhere? contacted evinrude and got a ID
