1995 Yamaha 150 Saltwater series II not starting

I have a 1995 Yamaha 150 Saltwater series II that I have owned for about 2 months. Has ran and started flawlessly until about a week ago. It started a beeping noise when I would turn the ignition on but would would quit if I turned the ignition on and off several times. At the same time it started cutting off and idling rough at idle or trolling speed. Now it will not start at all. Any and all suggestions would be welcome. I need to fix it quick with vacation coming up.

Low oil warning or overheat. automatically mis times motor.

You are having a problem with your safety lanyard switch. Make sure all the wires are connected and the lanyard clip holds the button out. Maybe check with ohm meter, should be infinity with lanyard connected.
