I have a 1989 Johnson 25 hp electric start that smokes and leaves a oily residue in the tank we run it in. So far we replaced the water pump,all the ignition parts, rebuilt the carb. The compression is 110-115 on both clys. Fuel mix is 50-1 new fuel. Lower unit is ok it does't leak. I need some ideas on what to look for next.Thank You for any ideas PETE
