do you have spark? if so all you need is fuel, air and some compression to squeeze it al together and make it go pop.
If the engine has set for 18 yrs I'm guessing by tune up kit you going to completely clean and rebuild the carb, new points and condenser....don't forget the water pump impelller and I would replace the pump driveshaft seal and the drive shaft seal below the pump....thats a tune up
