Gray marine 327 engine indentification

Hi ,
I am new to the forum and have a engine ID issue. I can not find the engine ID on my motor. there are no tags or outer markings I can see to Identify. I would think there would be some type of casting number somewhere. The motor came out of a 1957 Century Arabian and am trying to certify the motor and boat. Any help where to look would be appreciated!

Sorry, Cant help you with actual ID tag info. Are you trying to verify what engine you have? I dont think my 327 Gray has any tags either. Do you have pics of the engine you can post?
