Venture Boat Trailer needs new brake lines-Advice?

I have a Venture (VB 3000S) bunk trailer for a 20ft boat with Tie Down hydraulic disk brakes. The brake hose has the old female connectors at both ends and are falling apart-cracking etc.

I need to replace them but the kits don't seem to have the same hoses, etc.

Advice?

Many auto parts shops (e.g. NAPA) can make custom brake hoses on premises. Call around and find one that does. Just have them match up your old fittings.
