fuel pump on a 1990 90hp

can chang out my vro fuel pump pn 5007423 with a fuel pump pn 0438556 this one is a nun vro fuel pump i dont mind mixing oil

There is a spot on the intake manifold where you can install a pump from a 1983 V-4 ----------90 / 115 / 140 HP------------much cheaper / simpler.-----------Need to plug pulse port for the VRO pump with pipe plug and a bit of hose rerouting. -----------So just order that pump and gasket.----------So easy to do !

Inbred to change out


becaus I need to change my vro2 over . 1992 90 hp . Need pump that would work that's Why same problem different size motor . No reason to restart another thread.

Just explain clearly what you are trying to do ?-------A 1992 90 hp is the SAME motor as a 1990 model!

ok good to know ....my vro2 pump is leaking gas from oil side can't fix ...new orings etc ..can I change pump out to reg pump ? I oil mix already don't need oil pump anymore ..over this vro2 pump ...
