we bought a bayliner with a 1989 Force outboard motor.. guy said it was serviced and tuned so we get it on the water it barely starts, smokes, and dies when putting it in neutral. Could this be old gas and oil mixture we didn't drain it before adding the correct mix. The sparkplugs were corroded could this be part of the problem? Pllease any help is greatly appreciated...
