speedometer not working

i have j150plees the tube comes out of the front of the lower unit. i removed the tube and applied pressure and the speedometer did jump. knowing that it must be plugged at the lower unit. what do i need to do to unplug this problem? and where is the intake for the pitot if exits in front of the lower unit?
 
There is a small hole on the front edge of the unit ~ 1/8" diameter and it and the passage way are obviously plugged --------Try poking with a small piece of wire from the top down and in the hole from the front.
 
Try taking a small drill bit and run it in by Hand in the bottom hole. Then blow compressed air from the top fitting.
