force tilt and trim

i have a 1996 force 75 hp by mercury the time is stot and i don't have alot of money to put back in to the boat that i just got where can i find one.the guy said every thing in the trim motor looked good but the top of it was shot where the wire run inand connect im here in N.C. and dont have a clue about boat motors if any can help please lol
 
if you can fix the wires then do so. If there is rust inside or you need a new top then use a cordless drill on the armature until you can afford a new motor. Arco and Sierra motors cost 50% more but last twice as long. The original motor costs more to fix than throw away.
