hi all
I need help my engine just got out of warenty and i does not turn on unless i pump the thortel completly and after it turns on it i cant lower the throtel to be be able to engage it. the fuel is fine there is no water in the fuel separator. the engine was working fine the past three weeks but one day out on the ocean it desided to decelerate itself and accelerate it self untill i came back into dock italk to a mechani and told me to change the filter so i did and the engine ran graet. i its hard because i know a little of mechanics but i doneunderstand what is going on . and i also checked the spark plugs and current is runnig fine please help me out

Since you say that the engine ran great after replacing the fuel filter, it leads me to believe that you have some debris in your fuel system and it is clogging the carbs or fuel injectors.
