Need help getting year and hp of Evinrude Outboard.

I have got this old Evinrude outboard and the id tag on the transom clamp has been removed. The tag on the powerhead reads C0061383. Any idea of year and hp of this outboard? :confused::confused:

Metal cowling motors are 5.5 HP later plastic cowlings were 5.5 / 6 HP---------------Picture will get you the year.------Or visit the --------old omc site-------------
 
It is a 6 HP-------------The cover has been painted / altered so hard to tell exact year there.--------They were basically the same as far as part go from say 66 to 76.------------Nice motors if it has been used / maintained properly.---------Pull the flywheel and check for cracked ignition coils !!
