which battery/batteries?

i have a simple 20ft cc with a 1987 150 on it. i have ff, am/fm radio,marine radio,a couple lights and bilge pump. what battery/batteries should i be using? and what gets hooked up to which battery?
 
right now i have the starting battery hooked up to the motor and a deep cycle hooked up to the accessories but i would like to organize it better
