Tohatsu 15 hp 4 stroke

I have an opportunity to buy a nearly new Tohatsu 15 four stroke tiller. Runs great, put I notice there is no maunal choke pull. How does the engine choke itself when cold? Does it choke in the "start" position...and if so...how can I idle as slow as possable to troll. Thanks in advance!
 
Year is unimportant from a service standpoint; Model/serial is everything. The MFS15A and B has an auto-by-starter electrically-activated enrichment system. Think of it as an automatic choke.
