Hi, i currently run a aq130 with a 270 outdrive on a 20ft cathedral hulled fishing boat, i have the chance of a very cheap(free) ford transit diesel engine(dont know if its a 2.4 or 2.5 or if its a turbo or non) what i would like to know is how much of a job is it to marinise it and would my current 270 leg be compatible, i have been told that it should be a 1.89/1 ratio although i havent checked this yet, any help or advice would be appreciated
