I just bought this motor,its pretty much new,a guy I know family member had it new in a box still
when he passed in 2005 its been used sparingly since,and now I own it.starts fisrt pull very impressed with the little beast
one question I have is there are marks or lines on the tiller arm,showing how much throttle you are giving it,theres like an idol setting then a start I assume then it goes 0-100%,with the lines or bands getting wider,but when I throttle it full its like it only goes a 1/.4 turn no where near where its marked 100%,does it need adjusting(throttle cable)
