Water Pressure (Engin Pissing) 2004 50 hp

I have a 50 hp 2004 3 cyl Johnson, when I remove the rubber tube that goes from the top of the engine(Thermostat) to the lower connection that also has a small tube that goes to the Pissing outlet everything seems to work well, lots of water coming out, the thermostat closing, and then opening again. BUT there is a lot of exhaust pressure coming from where the other end of the tube should be.
If I connect the tube back, ALL water flow seems to stop and the engine over heats. ?????

sounds like your pee hose is clogged up, run a wire up the hose and see if some bug has built a home in there.

NO, the pee hose/port works great until I put the "Return water hose back on, the exhaust pressure seams to keep the water from circulating
