Took boat out for the third time this year and after I left the dock and got it on plane and went full throttle it started to miss. I figured the carbs needed cleaned. I have owned the boat for 6 yrs and the only problems i've had have been dirty carbs. It had been about three years sice i cleaned the carbs so after cleaning the throttle response was noticeably better, but still a miss at WOT. It is not constant and occors anywhere from 1/2 to full throttle, but mostly at near wide open. The only thing I did different is before it started i filled tank up full,which i normally dont do. Does this sound fuel related or electric?
