Help with a 1991 Evinrude intruder gas mixture

I just bought a boat that has a 1991 Evinrude intruder and the boat has 2 gas tanks that are on the back of the boat and it's not a removable tank, they are built in the boat. Where you put the nozzle for gas, i was wondering do you mix the gas where you put the gas nozzle in.? All i have ever had is the one's that you can take out of the boat and mix the gas. Thanks.!​
 
You need to have a serious talk with the seller of that engine. The majority of the higher hp engines since 1984 are equipped with a VRO (Variable Ratio Oil) pump that mixes the oil with the gas automatically. This setup incorporates a separate oil tank with a hose leading to the pump. However, many owners have done away with this setup and converted the engine(s) back to the pre-mix setup...... and you need to know in which condition your engine is in. What is the model number of that engine?
