2004 Tohatsu 9.8 hp 4 stroke - impeller change

Last fall I posted a question regarding this topic and received a lot of help. It is now time for me to get started so I am curious where the best place to purchase the kit for the impeller change. Also, Pvanv mentioned that there was a new shop manual coming out that was going to better than the old one. Does anyone know if it is out, and, if so, where can I purchase that?
