2011 30 hp power tilt/trim switch location

Purchased Tohatsu because i needed power trim/tilt only to discover that the toggle switch is positioned so far to the rear that I consider it useless. How might I move the switch to a more accessible location.

Check w/ your local dealer but I'm pretty sure you can add a separate switch mounted in your boat (or on the tiller handle). I believe the wires are already on the motor...just have to hook it up. Your dealer should be able to tell you for sure though.
 
Yep. We add the "remote" T-n-T switches when a consumer wants a remote tilt switch, but wants it on a tiller-steered motor. It's an SPDT momentary switch, and you can pick out the style you prefer -- any switch will do the job. And yes, the wires are just sitting there for you to connect to them.
