:confused:i just bought a boat with motor(evinrude)two days ago,i took it out to see if it worked(motor),it did,but smoked a little,would run a minute then cut off,seemed like it was flooding,i think its 20hp,not sure,cant find model#,i did find serial#252re0005932,and the color of the motor is blue and white with evinrude markings on each side,thats all the information i have on this motor,can anyone help me find the right year and model of this model PLEASE.......thanks
 
252RE -----------is the model information needed to get parts.------------The rest is serial # and not needed.

I am having a hard time with that model number -- RacerOne is correct but can you recheck the first 5 digest then I can point you in the right direction from there to parts and manuals on our site.
