Touch up paint

Is Crusader blue available in a brush paint? I have Crusader blue in a spray can that matches perfect, but I need a brush form to touch up a few spots on the motors.
 
I have it in the spray can and use it to do touch ups on the motors. I have not seen it as a liquid in a can.

If you are afraid of "over-spray", and as a last resort, just spray some into a plastic cup and use a small brush to hit the spots you want.
