1989 25 HP Enduro Skeg Badly Bent - Where can I get a new one or good used one?

I recently picked up a 1989 25 HP E25F Yamaha and the skeg is badly bent and is beyond repair (it has already been repaired once). The skeg is removed with 6 bolts and can easily be replaced but I can not find one any where. Is this lower unit stock since I can not find one? It is the style like the 50's-60's Johnson/Evinrude. Thanks!

You can put a skeg guard on it and never worry

It has already been fixed once or twice and is now cracking just where the round part is below the gears. I did check out the skeg guards too wishing this would work but I don't think it is going to. There is nothing to attach to it without some fabrication and it was already JB welded on the inside to to prevent oil from leaking.
