hi i was wondering my 33.5hp 1961 evinrude lark 3 has a 10 1/2" x 13" prop but has listed a 10 3/8" x 14" prop as the standard prop for this model would this be making a big difference

Well, not really a big difference. What type, shape and weight boat are you using? Are you satisfied with the performance? I just would not change to attempt to squeeze a 33 1/5 hp motor but, that is just me. I would be more concerned about keeping it tuned up.

it is a 3.5m stebercraft fibreglass hull...it just seems to struggle to get the bot on the plane.also the back of the boat really digs in. the engine seems very reliable starts first time everytime however does have a bit of a miss at wide open throttle.

Well if it is struggling to get up there you need to REDUCE the pitch of the prop.-----------------Pull the flywheel and inspect ignition for cracked coils ( remove and check the bottom of the coils ) to see if you can eliminate the miss.------------Needs a good tune-up!
