1974 6 hp Sea King prop?

I have a 74 6hp sea king, I was out in the river today and hit a rock and the prop fell off. I found the prop but I know I am missing the shear pin and the cone nut that goes on the end, my question is it seems as though I am missing something else. When I put the prop on it goes past the hole for the shear pin and there is no slot in the prop for a pin. Anyone have a diagram or can give me a description of what and how this goes back together and maybe what I am missing? Thanks in advance
 
Does the prop slide on the shaft tightly or is it sloppy? If it is sloppy then chances are the hub is gone. The hub is a rubber sandwich between the prop and inner core (likely had the shear pin holes sticking out beyond the prop) designed to protect the drive shaft in the event of a prop strike. You strike an object hard enough and the rubber gives allowing the prop to stop while the drive remains running.
