hi im new on here and have a 2003 2cyl 2 stroke 40hp mercury [seapro] s/n ot782088 40ml g/a and want to put a starter on it and need a part number just wondering if any body can help please, thanks mick

Do you need a new "starter" to replace a bad starter? Or do you want to install a new starter kit?

Your service manual part number from merc is going to be "90-826148R03" SERVICE MANUAL, 30/40 (2-Stroke)
