Guys, I trying to figure out how to torque the flywheel nut on my johnson 200 HP, since we can't/should use a impact wrench... while trying to torque the flywheel nut as you know the whole motor turns... is there a homede way to prevent the flywheel and motor from turning? and actually putting the 150+ pound pre square Inch to it

Don't use an impact wrench. The flywheel nut torque is 145 foot pounds..... any less results in having the flywheel key shear, any more could result in having the flywheel taper spread.

Purchase a fairly reasonable priced flywheel turner wrench (Spanner Wrench) at any automotive parts type store. Mechanics use this wrench to turn the flywheel on automobiles when installing a clutch pressure plate on a manual shift vehicle. If you intent to stay in boating for awhile, it's a tool you'll use more than once.
