Winterize air-cooled 5hp Sea King from 1960's

First outboard, seller tells me it's air-cooled and uses different oil in the gas with a different ratio of gas to oil. Need to winterize this motor before it gets colder.
 
Air cooled motor will run hotter, so some use a 2stroke chainsaw oil as tcw3 is mainly for water cooled motors, myself I don't think it makes any odds.
As far as winterizing a small 6hp omc motor, if you keep it in the shed or outhouse with your mower, would you winterize your mower.
 
It's a good idea to change the lower unit lube, just to be sure there is no water in there that could freeze.
