NS90A Timing adjustment

Timing generally does not go out of adjustment on outboard motors.---------Is there a reason why you suspect timing issues ??
 
Actually, the link and sync on these was commonly checked and adjusted. It's a matter of synchronizing the carbs and the magneto, by setting rod lengths and stops. Full information is in the Factory service manual Part # 003-21036-1 $42.47, available from any dealer, including me.
