I have a tilt and trim unit with the rams that go on the outside the transum clamps i have it off the motor the problem is when i try to run the rams out thay will go about half way and stop it's like somthing in the rams is stopping it because you can see the line move as it put pressure in the line but it won't go all the way out. thanks for any help.
