Default Mariner 200 Magnum EFI Excess Oil

We took our Lund out 2 weeks ago for the first time this year. It runs well at higher RPM but smokes more than usual at idle and slower speeds. We notice excess oil on the outside of the cowling and down the shaft as though it is loading too much oil. Can you give me an idea of what may be wrong?

You can not afford to have things go wrong with oil injection ! Check all hoses going from the motor tank to the injection pump and from the pump.-------------Your dealer can do a simple check to see how much oil is being pumped and they can adjust if need be.

Thanks. We'll look at hoses beginning w/oil reservoir and up into the engine.
