2007 engine, turn key get no alarm chime and no turn over. Checked 50 amp circuit breaker, all fuses, nuetral safety switch, deadman switch, battery is at full charge. Mechanic probed for voltage everywhere and could not figure it out. He thinks it might be the ECM? Has anyone had this particular problem? Really need help as I don't want to dish out big bucks for an ECM if that is not the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No chime and No turn over are different issues if the chime is controlled by the ECU. If the chime is controlled via independent parallel switches, the two issues may be connected. +12VDC present at the key switch; at IGN terminal with Key On?

Has power to all suggested. We sent the ECM back to Marine Power so they can test, but have not heard back yet. Chime and turn over must be related as it happened simultaneously. Engine ran perfectly week prior, put the battery tenders on like normal and took it out the next week and this happens.

So get on with the basic electrical troubleshooting.

Check the main harness connector?

I'd concentrate on the starter wiring first.
