Can anyone help me find out what type of Mercury Kiekhaefer is serial number 2501263? I can't find this serial number in the list of motors. Trying to get some information about the motor like manual but I can't find that serial number to determine what the HP is or year of this Mercury motor. Anyhelp is appriciated
 
You're gonna have to provide more than the serial number to get your answers.

Number of cylinders would help. Base color would too - old ones were white with the newer ones moving to black.

Can't believe there are no decals left to give you insight into HP....pics help, too.
