I can feel the relay clicking when I push the switch on the side to tilt up, but no movement. Any insite other than swapping the UP/DOWN relays and see what happens?

Is your battery definately fully charged. When was the last time you oiled all the grease nipples. I was having similar issues with mine and carrying out these simple steps might fix it. Another thing to do is using a voltmeter check across the relay contacts of the up and down in turn. You should have a voltage of over 12v before you press the button and close to 0v when you press the relevant trim up down button. If you have a voltage across the contacts you may have a dodgy relay.

Swapping relays is as easy as it gets. If you don't want to do any thinking then just put in a new pair of relays. They are under $10 a pair on Ebay. If that doesn't fix it then power the motor directly from a battery. If it works when directly wired then you know the problem is in your wiring.
